These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with Golden Thread Analytics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the use of our website at goldenthreadanalytics.com. By engaging our services or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Services

Golden Thread Analytics provides marketing analytics consulting, attribution system builds, website development, paid media management, and related digital services. Services are delivered on a project basis or under an ongoing retainer arrangement, as agreed in writing between the parties.

Engagement & Scope

Work begins upon mutual agreement and, where applicable, receipt of any deposit specified in the engagement agreement. The scope of work, deliverables, and timeline are defined in a written statement of work or proposal. Changes to scope require written agreement and may affect pricing and timelines.

Payment

• Project fees are invoiced according to the schedule in your engagement agreement. Invoices are due net-15 unless otherwise agreed.
• Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance at the start of each billing period.
• We reserve the right to pause delivery of work on accounts with invoices outstanding beyond 30 days.
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them under their engagement — including websites, dashboards, and custom pipeline configurations. Golden Thread Analytics retains ownership of any general-purpose methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, or intellectual property developed independently of any specific client engagement.

You grant us permission to use project outcomes and anonymized results as case studies or examples of our work, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of an engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to accounts, data, and stakeholders necessary for us to deliver the agreed work. Delays caused by lack of client access or feedback may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Golden Thread Analytics.

No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or return on advertising spend. Marketing attribution improves the quality of decisions — it does not guarantee the results of those decisions. Our work is performed with professional care and in good faith, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Golden Thread Analytics' total liability for any claim arising from a client engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client under the relevant engagement agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including lost profits or data.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer with 30 days written notice. Project engagements may be terminated by either party for material breach that is not cured within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees incurred for work completed to that point.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If that fails to resolve the issue within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For active client engagements, material changes will be communicated directly.
